Colleen Clifford is a commercial fisherwoman, health coach, binge drinking survivor, and advocate for alcohol-free living. After losing her husband to alcohol-related suicide, she turned her personal pain into purpose, helping others break free from the cycle of drinking, anxiety, and shame.
It's estimated approximately 59,000 people die each year from binge drinking. That isn't drinking every day, or being considered an alcoholic. That is drinking one time, too much and dying.
